About Sierra
Sierra is a new residential tower in Motor City, a master-planned community known for its wide roads, green spaces and easy parking. It is a minute from Hessa Street and First Avenue Mall, around ten minutes from Dubai Marina and Bluewaters, and about 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The tower rises 41 floors above a ground floor with five shops and has 593 homes: studios, one-bedroom apartments (some with a study), two-bedroom apartments (some with a maid's room) and four-bedroom duplexes with a private pool. A show apartment has already been built, so buyers can see the finishes in person.
The heart of the building is a 75,000 sq ft amenity deck on the first floor, with a 40-metre leisure pool, aqua gardens, sports courts, a barbecue area, kids' play areas, steam and sauna, a yoga zone, a fitness centre and a clubhouse, with more amenities on the 17th floor. The 60/40 payment plan asks for 60% during construction and 40% on completion in Q2 2029.
