About Peace Lagoons I & II
Peace Lagoons I & II are twin residential buildings in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), built around a man-made crystal lagoon: a resort-style pool with palm islands, a sandy beach with a volleyball court, a waterfall, an aqua gym and a kids' aqua play area, right on residents' doorsteps.
Across the two buildings there are around 830 homes: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with a study, and every apartment has its own private pool on the balcony. Interiors use premium Italian ceramics, and a 30,000 sq ft shopping mall sits within the complex.
The rooftop adds an infinity pool, an open-air cinema, a tennis court, a mini golf course, a jogging track and an outdoor fitness area, and there is a spa with sauna, a gym, a games area, a restaurant and a grand lobby. Both phases offer post-handover payment plans: Peace Lagoons I hands over in June 2027 and Peace Lagoons II in June 2028.
